Kyle Wuepper represents Element 1 Corp. in connection with Marine Money’s “Preferred Equity Deal of the Year Award for 2021.”

Kyle Wuepper, a Partner at Brix Law LLP, recently represented Element 1 Corp. in connection with Marine Money’s “Preferred Equity Deal of the Year Award for 2021.” The transaction involved the formation of e1 Marine, a clean tech company that seeks to help the shipping industry reduce its carbon emissions through onboard power generation.

Nicolas St. Laurent joins the business and real estate team at BRIX Law in our Portland office. His practice focuses on real estate acquisitions, financing, and leasing. Nick graduated in 2019 from the University of Texas School of Law after receiving his undergraduate degree from Brown University, where he was on the Men’s Division I Lacrosse team from 2011-2015.
